Removes sulfurous foul odors
Paper mills use chemicals containing sulfur in the process of pulping wood chips. As such, this environment is prone to generating sulfurous foul odors such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl sulfide.
In this case, foul odors generated from the process of dehydrating paper sludge were removed using a porous glass deodorant system.
After the devices was introduced, they succeeded in removing 100% of hydrogen sulfide and 90% of methyl disulfide.
