This introduction example is for a high-speed fermentation package that completes composting in 10 to 20 days.
It succeeded in reducing the fermentation area to one quarter that of a typical composting facility.
In this facility, there are two types of blower piping with different features installed on the floor, realizing high-speed fermentation and dehydration.
Sludge is mixed with auxiliary materials, and adjusted until its moisture content is 65% to 70%.

Moisture content drops to approximately 35% to 40%, and primary fermentation is complete.
Next the compost is stored in the compost stockyard, packaged in bags starting with the amount to be sold, and shipped away.
All compost produced is shipped to leafy vegetable farms in the local area.
This system is distinguished by the fact that it ferments sludge all at once in a short period of time, so ammonia concentration in the facility will be somewhat higher. If odor countermeasures are needed, they can be taken care of by installing deodorization equipment.
