We delivered a high pressure aeration system (EasyJet) and a moisture adjustment stirring device (C-Mode) to Company T, which recycles industrial waste in the Hokuriku region. Here we give an overview of the results.

Company T is a comprehensive recycling company that handles everything from waste collection and transportation to manufacturing of recycled products (solid fuel, pressed products, crushed chips, compost, etc.).

This company does recycling by producing compost from food waste discharged by businesses in the area. They have introduced EasyJet and C-Mode in order to enhance their existing composting facilities.

(1) EasyJet promotes aerobic fermentation, with no need for turn over

The main reasons for introduction are that EasyJet will reduce labor, and aerobic fermentation makes it possible to produce high quality compost.

It is essential to supply high quality compost in order have local farmers use compost produced at this plant, and build community-centric recycling.

Before introduction, we did a 10 month composting test on-site.

This confirmed with numbers that it will reliably improve the quality of compost, and they decided to introduce our product.

(2) C-Mode enables high stirring capacity and improves facility capacity

An unexpectedly important part of compost production is the work to mix materials (garbage, sludge, etc.) and auxiliary materials.

If these materials cannot be mixed uniformly, or if they have a high viscosity even after mixing, then it will be difficult to produce high quality compost.

By automating this mixing work, the company improved their work efficiency, improved the amount processed per day, and stabilized the fermentation process by mixing materials uniformly.

In this case, the work of mixing (preparing) materials and auxiliary materials used to be done by 3 people in 3 hours, but now it can be complete by 1 person in 2 hours.
