Overview of Composting at Hisamoto Nosan

This is a farm raising about 80 dairy cows.
Throughout the year, the composting process was carried out by adding secondary materials while cutting back and aeration with a blower, but in the winter, no matter how many secondary materials were added, fermentation was not going well.
Although there were some concerns about whether the unit would produce warm air and ferment without changing the electricity bill just by switching to a heaterless system, the customer trusted the words of our sales representative and decided to install the unit.

Introduction of the “Heaterless Hot Air Machine”

Immediately after starting use, an increase in temperature was observed, and steam was confirmed.
Even now, there is no clogging, and compost is fermenting smoothly during the rainy season and winter.
They reported that the cost of auxiliary materials, which had increased during winter, has been significantly reduced.
