MIRAIE CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”).

Personal Information Protection Policy

Article 1 (Personal Information)

  • Cases in which personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
  • In cases where personal information is jointly used with specific parties, the following must be notified to the individual in advance or made easily accessible to them: the fact that the information is being jointly used, the items of personal information being jointly used, the scope of the parties involved in the joint use, the purpose of use by those parties, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested to disclose personal information by the individual, the Company shall disclose such information to the individual without delay. However, we may decide not to disclose all or part of the personal information in the following cases, and if we decide not to disclose the personal information, we will notify you to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

The User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete(hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) the User’s personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, if the User’s personal information in the Company’s possession is incorrect.
If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request from a user, we will promptly make the necessary correction, etc., to the personal information.
If the Company makes correction, etc., based on the preceding provisions, or decides not to make correction, etc., we will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

If the Company receives a request from the individual to stop or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of its intended use or that it was obtained through improper means, will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results of the investigation, if we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will promptly carry out the suspension of use, etc., of the personal information.
If the Company carry out the suspension of use, etc., based on the preceding provisions, or decide not to carry out the suspension of use, etc., we will notify the user without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the suspension of use, etc. involves substantial costs or it is otherwise difficult to suspension of use, etc., and alternative measures can be taken as necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User, such alternative measures shall be taken.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters stipulated by laws, regulations, or other specific provisions within this policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
