Removal of Sulfur-Based Odors
At the paper mill, sulfur-containing chemicals are used in the pulping process of wood chips, making it a conducive environment for sulfur-based odors such as hydrogen sulfide and dimethyl disulfide.
In this case, the odor generated during the dewatering process of sludge (paper sludge) was removed using the porous glass deodorization method.
Odor Reduction Over 90%
After the installation of the device, hydrogen sulfide was completely removed 100%, and dimethyl disulfide was reduced by 90%.
