Overview of Composting at B Company

In areas with a thriving livestock industry, large amounts of livestock manure can be challenging to process effectively.

In the area where we have introduced our products, the livestock industry is thriving and the majority of farmers raise livestock.
However, the livestock manure was not composted properly and was left out in the open, causing water and soil pollution, which were major problems.

At this facility, which handles large amounts of food waste and pig manure, we introduced “Easy Jet” “C-Mode” and the “MIRAIE Biological Deodorizing Equipment” which continuously removes odors using microorganisms to prevent odor issues.

Construction of the “Composting Plant”

B Company, which sells fertilizers nationwide, began constructing a composting facility to consolidate and process the livestock manure from the problematic area.

The processing steps were as follows

1. Mix livestock manure and supplementary materials (peanut shells) using the “C-Mode” mixing device.

2. Aerate the compost while piling it using the high-pressure aeration system “Easy Jet.”

3. Pile the compost in a maturation yard

4. The produced compost is sold as matured compost

By implementing our products, the compost matures in 35 days, allowing for processing of 4,000 tons annually throughout the year.

The finished compost can be sold, achieving a circular agricultural system.

New Technology “MIRAIE Biological Deodorizing Equipment” (Porous Glass Deodorization)

For odor control, the “MIRAIE Biological Deodorizing Equipment” was introduced.

Odors that cannot be removed by rock wool or wood chip deodorization can be instantly removed by using MIRAIE’s deodorization system, even at high concentrations.
The porous glass material used as the base material of the deodorization system has countless microscopic pores and is very effective in deodorizing organic substances such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfur.
Since there is almost no deterioration of the material, the base material does not need to be replaced for more than 10 years, significantly reducing running costs.
